A brief history of RE Morris....
RE Morris has its humble beginning way back in 1935 as a small Electrical Contractor founded by two distinguished Englishman, namely Mr. Richard Edwin Morris & Mr. E.G. Walker,serving as trailblazers in the field of electrical engineering, they positioned the company as one of the pioneering electrical contracting firms in Singapore during the period of World War II.
Following the conclusion of World War II in 1946, the enterprise underwent a transformation, becoming a private limited company officially known as RE Morris & Co Ltd. The reins of the business were confidently taken up by Mr. Milton Tan, assuming leadership responsibilities as the two original founders returned to the UK for retirement.
Under the leadership of Mr. Milton Tan,a co-founder with a vision, the company swiftly gained prominence as a leading Electrical engineering contractor. Throughout the early 1970s, the company solidified its standing by delivering exceptional services to both governmental bodies and commercial entities in Singapore and Malaysia.
Today, Syarikat RE Morris(S) Sdn Bhd stands as a well-organized Malaysian Mechanical & Electrical contractor firm, specializing in a comprehensive array of services. The company expertise extends to ELV works, Telecommunication system, Air Cond system, Fire Protection system etc for Industrial/factories, commercial buildings and public utilities.
